Sit Spot

This is an invitation to establish a regular sit spot practice in the forest to connect with nature in a meaningful way. Find a place where you can sit for 10-20 minutes every day. It can be a local park, nearby forest or even backyard. Notice the wildlife that you encounter on a regular basis. Notice the change of seasons, patterns in the sky, sounds, etc. Simple sit quietly and observe. At the end of your sitting, you can make a few notes or sketches of your sitting.
