If you’re feeling burned out, grieving, anxious, or simply overwhelmed by life, this gentle forest therapy series offers a space to breathe, rest, and begin to heal.
In partnership with Kivi Park and led by Certified Forest Therapy Guide Monique Giroux, each Thursday morning, we’ll gather at scenic Kivi Park to slow down and reconnect with ourselves and the natural world. Whether you're on stress leave, moving through loss, navigating a life transition, or simply longing for a deeper sense of peace, this series is for you.
